This is a group for casual golfers. Newer golfers who have had lessons and are familiar with the rules of golf and golf etiquette are welcome! We'll focus on playing at local 9-hole courses with the occasional 18-hole course here and there. This is a no pressure, fun group, so if you're looking to play ready golf, establish a handicap, and/or just improve your game in a casual atmosphere, then this is the group for you!
This meet-up is for casual play golf to get out and enjoy some sunshine, golf and company. Open to all levels - no handicap required! I will primarily be scheduling 9-Hole meet-ups on the weekends in the areas of Marin, Concord, Walnut Creek. Not limited to these locations but will start with these. Members can also suggest Meet-ups if there are other preferences like 18-hole or weekday play. Not big into rules, so just have a few simple requests: 1) Pace of Play; keep up with group in front …

Open to adults of all ages and skill levels. This includes men and women ... single, married (playing together or alone). Play will most likely be once a month to start and could conceivably become twice a month, depending on interests of the members. This group is for golfers of all skill levels who prefer to play only 9 holes of golf and leave time to mingle in the clubhouse afterwards. Since playing 18 holes can be time consuming, expensive, and exhausting (especially for those like me who prefer to walk the course), I decided to create a group to meet the demands of all the 9-hole golfers out there. I also just recently started a golf blog--My Golfing Adventures--and need to make sure I have lots of fun stories to include. See you all on …
